Megan concentrates her practice in M&A, dispositions, and strategic growth of businesses in the lower middle market. She represents privately held companies in connection with negotiated acquisitions, sales, mergers, reorganizations, and sophisticated corporate governance matters.
Megan enjoys working with founder-owned and management-owned businesses, particularly in connection with general corporate/entity matters and transactions. She received CALI awards for her studies in International Mergers and Strategic Investments and for her transactional work for clients of The Ohio State University’s Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic.
Prior to practicing law, Megan worked in the financial sector. She joined Brouse McDowell as a summer associate in 2016.
