Bridget Franklin participated in this roundtable discussion of new Subchapter V of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code with the Subchapter V Trustees for the Northern District of Ohio.
The District's Sub V Trustees discussed how the new legislation is being applied by debtors, courts, and trustees. The panel discussed the types of cases filed, pending issues, recent decisions, and thoughts for the future.
Other panelists included Frederic Schwieg of Schwieg Law, M. Colette Gibbons of McDonald Hopkins LLC, and Patricia Fugée of FisherBroyles.
