This course will provide an analysis of insurance coverage for advertising injury claims available under a common Commercial General Liability insurance policy. It will include (1) the types of coverage available; (2) the types of claims covered; and (3) application of various exclusions to coverage.

The goal of the course is to provide a general understanding of coverage for advertising injury claims and some of the issues that could potentially bar coverage for these claims. The course will focus mainly on Ohio law, but provide examples from other jurisdictions.
