William A. Peseski Counsel

William is Counsel in Brouse McDowell’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance Recovery Practice Groups. William has a background in civil litigation defense, general civil litigation, and commercial litigation. Licensed in Ohio and the corresponding federal jurisdictions, William has successfully represented clients and companies at trial, mediation, and other various administrative proceedings.

William is a volunteer mentor with Minds Matter of Cleveland, a non-profit organization working to overcome the education gap that holds back high-performing, low-income high school students. William resides in Munson Township with his family and five rescue animals.
