Stacy Berliner Named Chair of CMBA's Insurance Law Section

Brouse McDowell Partner and Co-Chair of the Insurance Recovery Practice Group Stacy Berliner has been named as the Chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Insurance Law Section.

Stacy previously served as the Vice-Chair of CMBA’s Insurance Law Section. She represents corporate policyholders in obtaining recovery of insurance proceeds for their liability and employment practice policies. She has experience in both state and federal courts, and assists clients in policy interpretation, identifying and analyzing historical coverage, counseling clients through coverage disputes against carriers and brokers, risk and litigation management, policy renewals, and successfully litigating against insurance carriers who wrongfully denied a claim.
