Brouse McDowell Hosts CLE on Data Management

The Litigation & Information Management Practice Group hosted a CLE on Drowning in Data – Managing Your Information Before it Manages You. The 3.0 credit hour CLE was held at The Union Club in Cleveland.

Speakers included Brandi Doniere, Andrew Miller, Kim Todd, and Marguerite Zinz of Brouse McDowell and guest speaker Tim Opsitnick of TCDI. They covered the duty to preserve and records retention; options for handling legacy data and inactive information; and defensibility of the search process.
