Lori Kilpeck Sworn in as Lake County Bar Association President

Brouse McDowell Partner and Co-Chair of the Trusts & Estates Practice Group Lori Kilpeck was sworn in as President of the Lake County Bar Association on June 17, 2022.

Lori previously served as the LCBA Vice-President for 2021-2022. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, elder care, and guardianship law. Her experience includes counseling clients in complex probate and trust administration as well as contested estates that result in litigation due to undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and elder abuse.
