Michael is a partner in Brouse McDowell’s Business Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Practice Group with a primary focus on general business counseling, commercial law and business reorganizations. He has represented creditors, debtors, committees and trustees in Chapter 11 reorganizations and has represented borrowers in loan transactions and bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
