Tim serves as Partner-in-Charge of the Youngstown office and is a partner in Brouse McDowell’s Business Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Commercial Law, Business Transactions and Corporate Counseling, and Litigation practice groups. He serves as outside general counsel to business organizations ranging from sole proprietorships to mid-market companies, such as trucking companies, nursing home systems, and real estate developers. He provides general business counseling, and advises clients regarding mergers and acquisitions and financing matters.
Tim has significant experience in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, out of court business restructurings, and general commercial litigation relating to debtor and creditor issues. Tim represents debtors, creditor committees, landlords, trade creditors and parties desiring to sell or acquire assets in insolvency proceedings.

(special counsel to the creditors’ committee in connection with preference adversary proceedings), PKAM, LLC, (a landlord of government offices); Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital Association, (an osteopathic hospital); Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Co., (a steel manufacturer); American Architectural Products, (a window manufacturer); Coronet Foods, Inc., (a produce processor and distributor with operations in California, Arizona, and West Virginia)
