Brouse McDowell Announces New Practice Co-Chair

Brouse McDowell is pleased to announce Partner Teresa G. Santin has been named the Co-Chair of the Construction Contracting & Disputes Practice Group.

Teresa Santin represents general contractors, subcontractors, and owners on construction litigation and arbitration matters arising from public, industrial, commercial and residential projects. Her experience frequently includes resolving disputes involving construction agreements, mechanic’s liens and statutory violations.

In addition to litigation and arbitration, Teresa helps owners, general contractors and subcontractors avoid disputes and minimize their risk by drafting and negotiating construction contracts.

Teresa has been on the Ohio Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list since 2017. She is a member of the NAIOP Women's Leadership Network, the Women in Law and Real Estate Law sections of the CMBA, and the Construction Law Subcommittee of the CMBA. Teresa earned her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her BA, summa cum laude, from DePaul University.
