Brouse McDowell Welcomes Five New Associates

AKRON/CLEVELAND, OH (November 2008) — Brouse McDowell, a leading regional business law firm with offices in Akron, Cleveland and Elyria, is proud to announce the addition of new associates Andrej Cuturic, Malisheia O. Douglas, Bridget A. Franklin, Alexandra D. Lebovitz and James A. Tully.

Andrej Cuturic joins Brouse McDowell’s Cleveland office and will focus in the area of Environmental Law. He received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, magna cum laude, 2008. Andrej earned a B.A. from Cleveland State University, 2002.

Malisheia O. Douglas joins the firm’s Akron office, focusing her practice in the area of Intellectual Property Law. She received her J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law, 2008. Malisheia earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, 1996.

Bridget A. Franklin will also be based in the firm’s Akron office, focusing her practice in the area of Commercial Law. She received her J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, cum laude, 2008. Bridget earned a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, 2005.

Alexandra D. Lebovitz joins the firm’s Cleveland office and will concentrate her practice in the areas of Business and Corporate, and Health Care Law. She received her J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law, summa cum laude, 2008. Alex received a B.A. from The University of Maryland, College Park, with honors, 2005.

James A. Tully joins Brouse McDowell’s Akron office and will focus his practice in the area of Labor and Employment Law. He received his J.D. from Valparaiso University College of Law, cum laude, 2008 and a B.A. from Adrian College, summa cum laude, 2005.
