Americans with Disabilities Act - Employers Face Expanded “Disability” Definition

On January 1, 2009, Employers will face a major change to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”): a broader definition of “disability.” Through the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (“ADAAA”), Congress has expanded protections for job applicants and employees.
